Couples Therapy

Marriage and couples counseling helps partners learn effective ways to communicate and resolve problems within a relationship, and to enhance intimacy and reduce conflicts.

Family Therapy

Family therapy can open up communication and help family members work toward solutions when experiencing difficult situations and excessive conflict.

Child/Adolescent Services

We work with children from age five through adolescence. With younger children the therapy is often based on a combination of talk therapy and play therapy. With older children and adolescents the emphasis is on talk therapy. We include family members (parents, siblings) in the treatment process when clinically indicated. We also collaborate with school systems. With children younger than 5 years old, services would typically focus on consultation with the parents after an assessment has been performed.

Parental Consultation

We work with parents around emotional, behavioral and educational concerns. Focuses include learning styles, difficulties and disabilities, ADD, ADHD, and "Giftedness".

Group Therapy

Group therapy provides an opportunity for people to share common experiences, give and receive support, exchange ideas and build relationship skills. Groups meeting the DUI requirements are available at convenient hours.
